Clayton Fields of Fields, LLC will host a Small Business Tax Seminar on Wednesday, January 25 from 9:00 am - 11:00 am at the Whitewater University Technology Park Innovation Center, 1221 Innovation Drive, Whitewater. He will discuss bookkeeping related to income taxes, organization structure, reportable income, and federal and state tax liability. There will be a question-and-answer session directly after his presentation. Clayton is a former IRS agent and his family-owned firm in Jefferson, Wisconsin specializes in small business tax planning and accounting. This event is free and open to the public.
