November 7 9 am - 2 pm The butchering is done and now it is time to do something with the meat. Kami Joy and Rachel Neubauer are longtime Old World Wisconsin employees and the site's sausage makers. They will lead the way in creating some delicious fresh pork sausage. In this workshop you will learn the basics of making such delights while mixing up five different ethnic recipes. At the end of the day you'll be able to take home some of each of those sausages you made--we estimate five pounds per student. Fry them up at home to enjoy the fruits of your labor. All materials and sausage to take home are provided. Cost: $80 Reservations are required
