Description
Karen Boe, piano faculty recital with guests Sharan Leventhal, violin and Karl Lavine, cello in the Light Recital Hall. The program includes: Alban Berg?s Sonata for Piano Op.1, Claude Debussy?s Sonata for Cello and Piano and Maurice Ravel?s Piano Trio. All three works date from the range of 1910-1915 and Ravel?s trio is notable for the interruption of composition by Ravel?s service in WWI.
