Come join the fun with a triathlon that works for all ability levels and ages! Do it by yourself or as part of a relay team! Adult Sprint Tri: 500 yard swim, 13 mile bike, 3 mile run Adult Olympic Tri: 1000 yard swim, 27 mile bike, 6 mile run Child Tri: 200 yard swim, 4 mile bike, 1 mile run Course Description: Swim - indoor, 25 yard, 6 lane pool Bike - open country roads Run - through a nature preserve A fun raffle follows each race
