In the 1800s nearly every small village in Wisconsin had German-run breweries. On several days throughout the 2016 Old World Wisconsin season, interpreters will brew different 19th century German-style beers using period equipment. Hops and barley will also be grown in gardens on-site to support the new brewing program. The brewing process of each beer will begin by 10 am and conclude by 5 pm. Come experience where Wisconsin's brewing origins all began!
