Funding Options for Startups and Small Businesses

Join us on Friday, October 21, 7:30 am—9:00 am at the Whitewater University Technology Park Innovation Center to ask our panel of experts everything you want to know about funding options for your small business or startup. Panelists will discuss a variety of funding strategies/sources including: bootstrapping, angel and venture capital investing, crowdfunding, bank financing, and the ever-popular Family, Friends, and Fools. Our panelists are: Wisconsin Angel Network Director Bram Daelemans, MoolaPitch Development Director Stephen Dinehart IV, SCORE mentor Earl Humphrey, Whitewater University Technology Park Director Mark Johnson, First Citizens State Bank Executive Vice President Nate Parrish, and Scanalytics, Inc. Chief Executive Officer Joe Scanlin. Check-in, continental breakfast and networking begin at 7:30 am, followed by the discussion at 8:00 am. The fee is $6.00 per person to cover catering costs.
