Nov 7 Welsh and Cornish Menu Nov 14 French Canadian Menu Nov 28 Czech Menu 9 am - 2 pm Join us as we work together to prepare some treasured 19th-century recipes. We'll share classic cooking techniques of the era, including all of the tricks to making wood stove cooking a success. At the end of our time together, we'll set the table and fill it with the fruits of your labor, as you sit down to share a midday farmhouse supper in the charming dining room of the Four Mile Inn.
