Exhibit — Back in the World: A Living Legacy of Vietnam, WWII & Korea through the Lens of Jim Gill. The “Back in the World” portrait project evolved out of Wisconsin Public Television’s Wisconsin War Stories documentaries. The project offered a unique opportunity to create a portrait of the men and women who had served in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. Jim Gill's large-scale portrait photographs of War veterans have traveled to venues throughout Wisconsin to honor those who have sacrificed so much. The Exhibit Reception will be held on November 10 at 1:00pm at UW-Whitewater, University Center, Roberta's Art Gallery. Refreshments will be served.
