Beginner Partner Acro Yoga

Interested in trying partner yoga? This is the class for you! No need to bring a partner (unless you want to), as we will be working together. There will be a brief warmup before we begin, and you can bring your own mat for the warmup. Studio mats will be used for class. Please wear fitted clothing so you don’t get tangled up in your partner! Class runs from 10-noon. We will start right at 10, so please be at the studio by 9:50. Pre-registration and payment is required to reserve your space. Class is $25 per person. Payment can be made at the studio or through PayPal sent to kalikalayoga@gmail.com (I’m still waiting for the studio PayPal to get set up).
