About Us

PLS provides residential services for ambulatory adults who have a diagnosis of intellectual disability or mental illness that require minimal personal cares. We offer various programs such as Community Based Residential Facility, certified 2 bed, Adult Family Home, apartment style, and supportive home care. We have 24-hour staffing, an awake third shift and multiple locations in Appleton, Oshkosh, Neenah, Green Bay, Waukesha, Whitewater, and Fort Atkinson!
