We are UW-Whitewater Alumni that have been renting exceptional properties for the Whitewater community since 1989. With our main focus on UW-Whitewater students and vacation rentals, we understand that quality, affordable housing is your priority. It is our goal to provide the most convenient, well-kept properties to students at a competitive price, as well as providing quality vacation rentals to visitors in Tomahawk and Whitewater.

When we were college students, we wanted a great place to live without breaking the bank. It’s with those memories in mind that we started HSI Rentals. Our vision is, and always has been, to manage a wide selection of rental properties that Jill & I would have been excited to call home when we were in college.

HSI Rentals is committed to provide the best experience for all of our residents, whether they are short-term or long-term. We will always do our very best to continue this tradition with our guests.
