Description

Over the last few years, online content and courses have become more and more prevalent and important to the success of many businesses. This workshop teaches you how to utilize Zoom to its optimal capacity. It will also cover best practices for teaching adults and helping what you teach stick with the learner. Participants will learn to keep an online audience engaged, and participants walk away with practical next steps, impactful knowledge, and a feeling of satisfaction and excitement.

About the facilitator
Through Live Life Business Consulting, Denise Maple is a holistic business coach, featured speaker, and consultant. She has 25 years of commercial finance experience, 10 years of owning her own businesses, and over 15 years of teaching, training, and coaching experience. Through her work as a spiritual counselor and building and running entry-level training programs for large banks, she understands what drives individuals to succeed and how to build community within an organization.  With this unique blend of experience and expertise, Denise is positioned to guide entrepreneurs to a successful business plan and launch, as well as work with large corporations and banks to build entry-level training programs that create a sense of community and improve retention. She also provides wellness and business skill workshops for companies of all sizes.

In addition, Denise is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Finance and a featured speaker on entrepreneurship at the University of Illinois Gies College of Business where she has been recognized on the List of Excellent Teachers as Ranked by Students and as a Dean’s Impact Award recipient. Prior to that, she was the US Region Head for Commercial Banking Training and Development at CIBC. In this role, she headed up a program that develops, trains, and manages entry-level credit analysts, while also providing continuing education to experienced commercial bankers.
