Attendees will receive 4 hours of Continuing Education by the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Social Work.
Tracy Schroepfer, MSW, PhD, a professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Social Work will be facilitating this workshop. Dr. Schroepfer also conducts workshops on positive dementia care skills, as well as addressing the spiritual and cultural needs of people living with dementia. The title of Tracy’s presentation is, Ensuring Ethical Care End of Life Care to Individuals Living with Dementia and Their Families.
