"Pushing Paint" Exhibit Begins

Description

The "Pushing Paint" exhibit runs from November 11 – December 11 in Roberta's Art Gallery. This exhibit showcases the vibrant paintings of Australian-born artist Derek Hambly. Known for his abstract paintings and exploration of nature's power, Hambly's recent works bring to life windswept trees and expansive landscapes through thick layers of oil paint. His use of bold color and texture infuses the compositions with energy and movement, transforming nature's forms into dynamic visual expressions.

Join us on Tuesday, November 19 at 6 PM in Roberta's Art Gallery for the exhibit reception to meet the artist and learn more about the exhibit. Light refreshments will be available from 7-8 PM, following the artist talk at 6 PM.
