Hiker Resource Workshop
Hosted by Ice Age Trail Alliance
Learn about all of the virtual tools available to assist with planning your Ice Age Trail adventure!
Attend our virtual Hiker Resources workshop on Tuesday, February 15 from 6:30 – 8:00 pm.
Are you are planning a thru-hike of the Ice Age Trail or to walk it in sections or segments at a time? Either adventure, this workshop is for you.
Learn the ins and outs of the interactive hiker resource map, including Trail Alerts. Discover how to use FarOut’s mobile map app, useful for locating trailheads, water sources, or camping sites. Learn how to mine the guidance offered on the information-rich pages on the Alliance’s website.
Ask the experts! This workshop will be presented by Ice Age Trail Alliance staff, Tiffany Stram, GIS and Technology Specialist & Amy Lord, Outreach & Education Manager.
