Fall 2024 Series Requests

Is your organization in need of a recurring (series) room reservation on campus for fall 2024? Priority room reservations open April 22 and close May 5. Reservations are open to all campus recognized student organizations and departments. Visit uww.edu/uc/reservations to submit your request.

Requests will not start being processed until May 6, 2024. Requests will stay open after May 5, but will be placed based on a first-come, first-served basis after priority requests. UC spaces will be placed based on the best use of space and resources as well as preference to student events first.
