What is Fika you ask?
Fika is a concept, a state of mind, and an attitude essential to a healthy mental state! Loosely translated from Swedish, Fika is a time during each workday when folks take a break from their desks and enjoy some coffee, sweet treats, and conversation with their colleagues!
This Swedish tradition of "Fika" is about slowing down, getting in touch with the people & community around you, and recharging. It is a fun and casual way to meet up with colleagues & friends, have a beverage and a sweet treat, and conversations. It's a break in your day that we all need.
