Entrepreneurship Over Easy Oct. 2 is part of a unique breakfast series offering education, inspiration and food for thought. This will be a panel discussion of Arts Entrepreneurship- Living the Life for a fascinating discussion with UW- Whitewater faculty who work as artist entrepreneurs, including playwright and designer Eric Appleton, Saxophonist Matt Sintchak and software/multimedia artist Bill Miller. Lending and the Arts Entrepreneur with Kathleen Mawhinney of First Citizens State Bank to learn what every artist needs to know when talking to the bank about loans and credit. Hear how UW-Whitewater Inclusive Excellence Scholar, Mutope Johnson, has lived a life as a professional visual artist, community arts volunteer, neighborhood visionary and Creative Art Director, which has led to his position on the faculty teaching Creative Enterprise. UW-Whitewater instructor Megan Matthews will also contribute to the conversation and will act as facilitator of this panel discussion.
